Why?

Many people in Uganda live in a world of poverty, with little hope of changing that lifestyle. Our parents have ideas, plans and visions and need support to make a change in their lives. Their entrepreneurial spirits motivate them to take advantage of every opportunity they are offered to improve their lives.

How?

We empower the parents by offering a specialized loan program including training, support and follow-up to assist families in creating successful small businesses such as tailoring, basket making, brick laying, charcoal burning, selling ghee, and retail shops. The profitability of these businesses leads the families towards self-sufficiency.
